Terms
These terms apply to this website and to registrations made directly with Gymnastic Academy. A separate written offer may apply to commissioned services.

Website information
We aim to keep published information clear and current. Dates, availability and detailed conditions shown for a specific offering form part of that offering’s registration information.
Nørderiet eligibility and capacity
A parent or guardian registers the gymnast and must confirm that both published minimum requirements for the relevant age group are met. Age is calculated on the first day of camp. Nørderiet 2.0 has 20 confirmed places for ages 10–13 and 20 for ages 14–17. Eligible registrations received after an age group is full join that group’s waitlist.
Only authorized staff may override an age-group assignment. A reason is required and the decision is recorded.
Confirmation and payment
A registration is not a confirmed place until Gymnastic Academy confirms it. e-conomic sends one invoice for Nørderiet 2.0 that can be paid by card or bank transfer. Choose only one method. An unpaid place may be released only after a reminder, authoritative payment check and three Danish bank days beyond the deadline.
Cancellation and refunds for Nørderiet 2.0
Cancel no later than 16 October 2026 at 23:59 Europe/Copenhagen for a full refund. After that point, payment is refunded only if an eligible replacement takes the place. If Gymnastic Academy cancels the camp, the full amount paid is refunded.
Participant information
Medical needs, dietary requirements and emergency-contact details are requested only after a place is confirmed. The parent or guardian is responsible for providing accurate, relevant information needed to support safe participation.
Courses, custom camps and consulting
The scope, price, responsibilities, cancellation conditions and other terms for commissioned work are agreed in a separate written offer or agreement.

The TeamGym System is a separate digital product. When you follow a link to its website, its own current terms and privacy information apply.
